Master Art Director

WELOVE The 70/30 Rule:

Merging formal mastery with everyday growth

To maintain the integrity of our Purple Hearts, we follow a balanced learning model. Your Purple Heart journey is built on a split of (at least) 70% Structured CPD and 30% Unstructured CPD. Structured (at least 70%): Formal, interactive, technical, and theory-based learning—like our Masterclasses or online modules—that comes with a certificate of completion. Unstructured (30%): Self-directed growth that happens every day, from listening to industry podcasts and reading trade journals to shadowing a peer or attending team huddles.
