Session 1: Presentation Skills & The 6 E’s Framework
CPD Hours: 6 The Goal: Build unshakable confidence, discover your personal storytelling style, and master our signature 6 E’s Holistic Framework (Engage, Expect, Educate, Empower, Experience, Energy).
Session 2: Holistic Education in Practice
CPD Hours: 6 The Goal: Explore the emotional dynamics of learning. Discover how to build deep trust with your students, manage classroom energy, and balance time versus value.
Session 3: Embodying Mastery & Leadership
CPD Hours: 6 The Goal: Move from understanding frameworks to embodying true ownership. Define your personal teaching philosophy, build sustainable teaching habits, and lead with authority.
Session 4: Self-Regulation & Inclusive Teaching
CPD Hours: 6 The Goal: Build your internal toolkit. Learn practical breathwork techniques (like Square Breathing) for anxiety management, understand VAK learning preferences, and tailor content for diverse minds.
Is This Course Right for You?
To maintain the high standard and accreditation of this qualification, candidates must meet the following entry requirements:
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of salon experience (excluding apprenticeship or college training).
- Qualifications: NVQ Level 2 (or equivalent).
- Registrations: Active registration with WELOVE (minimum Four Purple Hearts, completed or in progress) and Master State Registration with The Hair Council.
- Teaching Credential: HABIA AET Teaching Certificate or equivalent (completed, booked, or in progress, if you book via WELOVE you will be entitled to a discounted rate).
- Pre-Assessment: Successful pre-assessment by an IQA (confirming active insurance, professional references, and proof of education).
How You’ll Be Assessed
We keep assessment practical, supportive, and grounded in real-world application:
- Assist & Lead: Assist on a Purple Hearts class and lead a class of your own (any format).
- Present: Produce and deliver a short Course Folder Presentation based on the WELOVE philosophy.
- Reflect: Complete simple, structured reflections after each session to track your growth.
