How It Works (Roles & Responsibilities)
We believe in a clear, collaborative partnership. To keep things simple, we split the logistics like this:
- Our Role: WELOVE acts purely as the promoter and booking tool. We handle the marketing, payment processing, and student acquisition for your listed dates.
- Your Role: As an independent educator, you retain full creative control. You are responsible for designing your own course content, securing your own venue hire, and managing any associated running costs (such as doll heads, live models, or specialised product kits).
The Investment & Commission Structure
To ensure our network maintains the highest educational standards in the industry, we operate on a quality-approved model:
1. The Upfront Assessment Fee
Before listing, your course must undergo an assessment to receive The Seal of Approval (Approved by Hair Professionals). This upfront fee ensures your curriculum aligns with the premium standards our community expects and gives you access to all the benefits listed above. Once approved, you carry this prestigious stamp of excellence.
2. Tailored Commission Rates
Any courses sold through the WELOVE platform are subject to a percentage-based commission. We don't believe in a one-size-fits-all model—our fees are flexible and tiered based on your industry experience, profile, and existing course price points.
